How to get your measurements right
Measuring for a Bayern supporter kit is simple but makes a real difference. For the best fit, start with the chest measurement: use a flexible tape around the broadest part of the chest under the arms. Keep the tape flat and snug, but not tight. Next, check height to make sure the kit isn’t short in the body or sleeves, especially important for fast-growing kids or if you’re tall. When in doubt between two sizes, always pick the larger , Bayern kits, like many modern football kits, favour a slim, athletic fit.
Sizing tips specific to this team’s kits
Bayern kits are usually produced by Adidas, who set the current trend for a slightly snug supporter fit. It’s worth knowing that these kits are designed to sit close to the body for that classic on-pitch look. If you prefer a bit more room to move, or want to wear something underneath for winter matches, be sure to size up. Children and teenagers rapidly outgrow sizes, so picking the larger option ensures they get more seasons from their new kit. For women, note that the fit is more tailored around the waist and shorter in the sleeves, making the listed measurements even more useful.
Home vs away , does sizing differ?
Many supporters wonder if Bayern’s home and away kits fit the same. Generally, both versions stick to Adidas’s sizing template, so chest and length measurements won’t differ much between them. Sleeve styles or collar shapes may change season to season, but the fit will stay consistent. If you already own a past Bayern kit in a certain size, it’s safe to stick with the same for the new collection. Still, if you’re between sizes or unsure, measuring up is a good habit , especially if you’re buying as a gift and want a sure hit come matchday.
