At Cheap Football Shirts, we want you to be happy with your order. Please review our return and refund policy carefully.

Eligibility for Returns

• Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items

• Shirts personalised at checkout (name, number or patches).
• Pre-printed player shirts and kits (with a player name and number already printed), including slogan prints such as WINNERS 26.
• Clearance items (final sale, no returns or exchanges).

These exclusions do not apply if the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.

How to Return an Item

1. Initiate the Return: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your request. We’ll check the details with you and discuss the available options before anything is sent back.
2. Changed Your Mind or Ordered the Wrong Size: Contact us within 30 days of delivery. We’ll discuss the available options with you. For eligible returns, you are responsible for the return postage. Your statutory rights are not affected.
3. Faulty or Incorrect Items: If the item is faulty or damaged, or we made an error with your order, we’ll put it right at no cost to you.

Refunds

• Inspection: Once received, the returned item will be inspected for eligibility.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 working days.
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Damaged or Faulty Items

• A photo of the item.
• Your order number.
• A brief description of the issue.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution. If the item is faulty or damaged, or we made an error with your order, we will cover any applicable return shipping costs.
