Returns & refunds

Please contact us first. If something isn’t right with your order, or you’d like to return an item, get in touch before sending anything back. We’ll check the details with you and agree the best solution.

  2. Step 2Wait for our reply

    We’ll confirm what to do, so we can match your return to your order.

  3. Step 3Send it back

    Within 30 days of delivery, unused, in its original packaging and in the condition you received it.

We can accept

  • A change of mind, if you contact us within 30 days of delivery. You pay the return postage.
  • The wrong size ordered. Contact us first; you pay the return postage.

We can’t accept

  • Items personalised to your order (name, number, patches or other details).
  • Returns asked for only because a player moves club or changes squad number after purchase.

Unless the item is faulty or we made an error.

Our mistake?
If an item is faulty or damaged, or we sent the wrong item, colour or size, we’ll cover the necessary return postage or send a replacement, as appropriate.
Missing item?
Contact us and we’ll send it at no extra cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of inspection.

For a faulty or damaged item, contact us promptly with your order number, a short description and clear photos. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
