📦 How Your Order Progresses
Step 1 – Order Confirmation

Step 2 – Dispatch & Tracking
When your items are shipped, we’ll send you another email with your tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Step 3 – Delivery
Most customers receive their parcel within 5–7 days after shipment confirmation. If you haven’t received it after 5 working days, please get in touch so we can assist promptly.
