Returns & refunds

Please contact us first. If something isn’t right with your order, or you’d like to return an item, get in touch before sending anything back. We’ll check the details with you and agree the best solution.

This shirt is pre-printed. It comes with a name and number already printed, so it can’t be returned for a change of mind or size. If we made a mistake (a faulty item, the wrong item or a printing error), contact us and we’ll put it right.

We can accept

  • A change of mind, if you contact us within 30 days of delivery. You pay the return postage.
  • The wrong size ordered. Contact us first; you pay the return postage.

We can’t accept

  • Shirts personalised at checkout (name, number or patches).
  • Pre-printed player kits.
  • Clearance items.

Unless we made an error.

Our mistake?
If an item is faulty or damaged, or we sent the wrong item, colour or size, we’ll cover the necessary return postage or send a replacement, as appropriate.
Missing item?
Contact us and we’ll send it at no extra cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of inspection.

For a faulty or damaged item, contact us promptly with your order number, a short description and clear photos. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
